Hi Sean,
I just wanted to let you know that your Tecumseh Mukluks are awesome! Last year I bought a pair as I was in need of new boots for the winter.
Initially I was drawn to your mukluks because of how traditional yet trendy they were (I get compliments all the time). Of course, after wearing the boots for the first time, I realized that they were more than just a fashionable boot I could wear around the city.
These boots have also proven over and over to be comfortable and really warm. I never have cold feet when I'm walking around Edmonton on a winter day. But the true test of their warmth came from my trip north to the Yukon and the Arctic Circle last February. Despite the bitter cold (most days it was below -35 C), my feet stayed warm and cozy. I didn't even have to wear socks! I would have to say that these boots passed the ultimate test..."keeping me warm in a typical Canadian winter".
Your mukluks are a great product and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a really good Canadian boot. I look forward to many years of enjoyment out of them and I'm sure they will keep my feet warm again when I head up north for ice fishing this winter.
Attached are three photos from my trip north that I thought you would like. Please feel free to use them on your site if you want. The first photo is of me on the Yukon river in Dawson City. The second photo is of me at the Arctic Circle in the Yukon and the third picture is a shot of the ice road that runs between Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk in the Northwest Territories. This ice road runs through the Mackenzie Delta and onto the Arctic Ocean.
Cheers, Mecailla Christensen Edmonton
